Depending on if an LLC, S Corp, or C Corp is appropriate, we will draft and prepare the appropriate and required documents to capture the business and/or partnership intent.
For an LLC, we may be appointed as Registered Agent and will deliver the Articles of Organization, Member’s and Manager Initial Resolutions, as well as the LLC Operating Agreement.
